The first images I saw of Titan were gut-wrenching, a post shared by Lifesavers Animal Rescue, showed a severely malnourished dog barely clinging to life. Underneath all of the wounds and mange, I could tell he was a least part, cocker spaniel – a breed I absolutely love. I sent what donation I could to Robert from Paws and Strides Rescue (Texas) who rescued Titan and got him the critical veterinary care he needed. A wonderful foster helped care for him and he healed. I followed his recovery on social media, and was contacted by Lynette and Nancy from Lifesavers, asking if I would be interested in foster Titan when he arrived in Montana. I immediately say yes and about two weeks later, my kids and I met the plane in Polson and met Titan as soon as he got off the plane. He became an instant member of our family which includes my husband and I, our three children, and two other cocker spaniels.

He loves our children and is playful and protective of them. He’s a daddy’s boy but is quick to snuggle with mom when she has a free lap. He loves running laps around our one acre, fenced yard, playing tugs, and stealing snacks off the counter.

We are beyond grateful to all the individuals from Paws and Strides Rescue (Robert and Grace), Lifesavers Animal Rescue (Lynette and Nancy) and the team from My Dog is my Copilot for bringing our boy home. Please extend a heartfelt thank you to your organization and all those involved.
